A motto said to be of Luther's pastor Johann Bugenhagen. In Latin it is “Si Christum Discis, satis est, si cætera Nescis. Si Christum nescis, nihil est, si cætera discis.”
Anyone know the main source for this or at least a good standard one; and a good translation?

Roughly,

If Christ with your learn, <it is enough> , if the others you know not.
If you know not Christ, <is of no purpose> , if you learn the others.

More polished:

If Christ you know, it is enough, though you know nothing else.
If Christ you know not, it is nothing, though you know everything else.

Contemporized:

It is enough to know Christ though knowing nothing else.
If you do not know Christ, you know nothing, even if you know everything else.

I do not know of the source.

You want the last line to say "...if you do NOT know Christ..." (not is missing).

If Christ you know, it is sufficient, though the rest you know not.
If Christ you know not, it is nothing, though the rest you know.
