Would you please help me by providing a list of things facing the Church today?

Some examples, sexual issues (e.g. homosexuality, transgenderism), problem of evil (e.g. mass shootings, hurricanes, etc), racism, church leadership, lack of church discipline, lack of RPW, etc.

Our young folks (high school, college age) being horribly influenced (and too often not resisting) the move toward liberalism by embracing the tenets of the SJW movement. There is a whole group of kids coming up that think the church's mission is to right all social wrongs, as they perceive them.....

In addition to the ones already mentioned: evolution (include theistic evolution), carnal Christianity (include the resurgence of the Sonship movement, or contemporary grace movement), idolatry of sports, idolatry of entertainment, eradication of the Sabbath, post-modernism, feminism, the Patriarchal movement, Hebrew roots movement, and hatred of Christianity and Christians.

The world, the flesh, and the devil. Always.

But as far as particular issues that perhaps were not so prevalent in times past...

Last 100 years: Eroding of confidence in God's Word, seen in the rise of liberalism, the rise of Pentecostalism, and the rise of do-whatever-feels-right-and-works revivalism.

Last 10 years: Rise of identity politics, the secular doctrine that self-creation is a moral responsibility, and other ideas opposed to the truth that we are defined by our status as people "in Christ."

Things plaguing the church today all begin with poor pastoral leadership.
Deficient Pastoral Theology training, deficient hermeneutics training, and deficient homiletics training.
Everything plaguing the church today ultimately trickles down out of these three.

Deficient diagnoses of the Church's problems.
Belief that better management or instruction can fundamentally overcome the problem of sin.
Urbanization.

One of my favorite sermons that I preached whenever the chance arose concerns Matthew's account of Our Lord's prayer in the garden before He is handed over. He had said to his disciples: "Ye know that after two days is the feast of the passover, and the Son of man is betrayed to be crucified"

At Gethsemane Jesus goes off to pray and warns his disciples, "My soul is exceeding sorrowful, even unto death: tarry ye here, and watch with me"

Three times Our Lord comes back only to find the disciples asleep. At that last time we read these terrible words: "Sleep on now, and take your rest: behold, the hour is at hand, and the Son of man is betrayed into the hands of sinners"

Think about that for a moment. These were the men who walked with Jesus, were taught by Him, saw the deeds He performed, knew Him more intimately than anyone then and now. Yet, given all this and despite having just been warned of the coming events, rather than being filled with fear and trembling, energized for their God and Savior, they...well...slept.

This is the current and most real issue with today's church. We are too busy keeping the lights on in the "sanctuary", isolated therein, filling up the days singing songs about Mama's favorite rocking chair, forming committees, having meetings about this or that, getting so close and comfortable with the physical trappings of Jesus that we have forgotten about the spiritual and commanding Jesus while the world merrily goes on its way to Hell in a handbasket. In short, we are asleep at the wheel while great danger looms before us.

Biblical cults, wrong Gospel being taught, word of faith, theistic Evolution, Jesus not only way to get saved, Scriptures not inspired/divine authority, etc.
