There is also John Price’s “Old Light on New Worship: Musical Instruments and the Worship of God, a Theological, Historical and Psychological Study.” Price is a reformed Baptist pastor in NY. He only deals with instrumentation and isn’t EP. It’s a very accessible book.

Is anyone familiar with Everett Ferguson's A Capella Music in the Public Worship of the Church?
From what I can tell he's a Campbellite. That doesn't mean it's a bad book, but it won't be written from a Reformed perspective.
