Iron Dramatist
Well, everyone, the final 'regular season' week is upon us - games commence with the Pac12 Championship on Friday at 7pm CST (picks in by then!), and the tiebreak game is (could you guess?) none other than the SEC championship game Saturday night.

After the week's games, I plan to round up the season totals and declare an unofficial "regular season champion" (which means nothing except the receipt of a title celebrating the winner's prognosticating prowess). This person will be the one who has won the most weeks, and of those, if tied, who overall chose the most correct games. If still tied after that, then the title of regular season champion will go to the one who won the most recent weekly contest.

The Puritan Board College Football Pick'Em Champion, though, is, as always, based on the Bowl Bash, for which ten of us have thus far qualified. This week, then, is the last chance for qualification (and the last week to grab a bonus point which is applied during the Bowl Bash, if you've already won a week). Enjoy some great football matchups this coming weekend! Again - don't forget to get your picks in by 19:00 Central Standard Time on Friday the 6th!

Well, folks, the end is now here. All our qualifiers for the Bowl Bash are established. Congratulations to all who qualified - I will have the Bowl Bash picks up later today so you can ruminate on them between now and December 20.

This week's VERY close contest had an outright winner, who happens to be writing this post - I seem to have the Illinois State Redbirds to thank for the bonus point I'll get in the Bowl Bash. Four others were a point back, and the overall scoring average was 10.7.

Again, thanks for all who have participated this year - very good numbers week in, week out! It's been a pleasure to host this year's contest, and now it's time to choose next year's contest winner in the Bowl Bash.

This week's results:

12: toddpedlar
11: Green Baggins, Henry Hall, R. J. Spencer, Sola Scriptura
10: earl40
9: Edm
8: Edward, Bill the Baptist

Weekly Winners (with bonus points for the Bowl Bash indicated), all of whom qualify for the 2019 Bowl Bash to decide next year's commissioner.

earl40 :flamingscot::flamingscot: (+1)
Edward :flamingscot::flamingscot: (+1)
Henry Hall :flamingscot::flamingscot: (+1)
Sola Scriptura :flamingscot::flamingscot: (+1)
toddpedlar :flamingscot::flamingscot: (+1)
Backwoods Presbyterian :flamingscot:
Edm :flamingscot:
Green Baggins :flamingscot:
Puritan Covenanter :flamingscot:
TomVols :flamingscot:

Finally, I noted in the weekly picks announcement this week that I'd be naming an unofficial "regular season champion" who deserves our accolades for the most consistent performance during the season. Here are the results of that tally:

Those who won two weekly contests: earl40, Edward, Henry Hall, Sola Scriptura, and me, toddpedlar

Total of all correct picks, Week 1 through Week 15:

earl40: 121
Edward: 125
Henry Hall: 130
Sola Scriptura: 123
toddpedlar: 127

So our Regular Season Champion for 2019 is:

Henry Hall :banana:

Congratulations, Henry!

Wow! Congrats to Todd for the 2nd win of the Season... and congrats to Henry for correctly picking 130 games! Fantastic!
