Week 6 brings a fair number of outstanding games! I nearly succumbed to the desire for many of you to see the Crimson Tide on the docket....but, not yet. The Georgia game didn't make the cut either, for the same reason (even though Auburn is ranked too).

No Friday games, so a normal 11:00 am CDT picks deadline this week. Have fun! All times CDT as usual.

#11 Michigan State @ Rutgers (11:00)

This week features a huge SEC matchup in the Red River Shootout at the State Fair of Texas. (Don't worry about the indoor mask rule if you go to the fair - it isn't being enforced. And remember that while you can concealed carry with a permit at the fair, you can't take it into the Cotton Bowl for the game. )

Again we had to apply the tiebreaker this week, and Edward came out on top over our new friend George Jensen and our old pal Lane (greenbaggins, who had the same number of wins, but picked the wrong winner) by predicting a bit closer final score on the tiebreaker game between Iowa (Go Hawks) and Penn State. Well done, Edward! Our first repeat winner, so a reminder for the Bowl Bash, Edward will receive one bonus point for that contest as a result of collecting a second weekly win. All weekly winners, though, have punched their ticket for the Bash.

Week 7 picks coming up in a few hours.

Here are the results for this week:

11: Edward :flamingscot:
11: gjensen, greenbaggins
9: SolaScriptura, earl40, toddpedlar
8: EdM, Eyedoc84, ChristianLibertarian

And the full list of weekly winners
