What is your top five Puritan works that you've published? Preferably, some that wouldn't typically be found inside of a collected works.

Generally speaking, most of the books we've done, bar about 10, are all individual works. They aren't contained in larger sets.
Top 5 - I can't do it - there are too many good ones. If pinned against the wall, I'd say "some of my favorite ones" are:

The Christian's Union, Communion and Conformity to Jesus Christ In His Death and Resurrection, by John Brinsley (1600-1665) [TOP NOTCH]

Gospel Worship, or, The Right Manner of Sanctifying the name of God in General, in Hearing the Word, Receiving the Lord’s Supper, and Prayer by Jeremiah Burroughs (1599-1646) [Will change your Life]

Christ Inviting Sinners to Come to Him for Rest - by Jeremiah Burroughs (1599-1646) [Will humble You]

God's Just Desertion of the Unjust, and Other Works - by Hannibal Gammon (1585-1674) [Amazing Preacher]

A Golden Topaz, or Heart-Jewel, Namely, a Conscience Purified and Pacified by the Blood and Spirit of Christ - by Francis Whiddon (d. 1656) [Very Convicting and Comforting]

Christ’s Righteousness Imputed, the Saint’s Surest Plea for Eternal Life - by Michael Harrison (1640-1729) [Fantastic Summary]

Infant Baptism God's Ordinance - by Michael Harrison (1640-1729) [Fantastic Summary and Polemic]

The Christian's Duty to Walk Wisely - by Matthew Mead (1630-1699) [One of my wife's favorites]

The Wells of Salvation Opened - by William Spurstowe (1605-1666) [Best on Assurance]

And of course you have to add in:
1647 Westminster Confession of Faith 3rd Edition - KJV Bible

This doesn't take into account books on preaching, where Perkins and Vinet are excellent. Or some of the overall great authors, like Byfield, Vincent, Perkins, etc.
