Do any of your 6 volumes contain either the Marrow of Modern Divinity with Boston's notes or Human Nature and the Fourfold State or Boston's Memoirs? If not, then you actually have only the first half of the set and would require the other six volumes to make it complete.
I gathered this information from 'Meet the Puritans' by Joel Beeke. If you don't have this book and are interested in the Puritans, it is an excellent resource to have available.
