I just bought a copy of William S. Plumer's massive commentary on the Book of Psalms (a printing from 1990 by BoT) for a mere $18 - and then had that price reduced by 5%. I must be a good shopper.
By the way, the Banner of Truth edition says "First published 1867." That's true only of the British edition which, obviously, Banner used for its reprint. Plumer's work was originally published in Philadelphia by J. B. Lippincott the previous year - 1866.
