Looks like a copy sold at an auction for 640 pounds in January of 2007

Guide to godlynesse
The title page is engraved and signed: Iohn Payne sculpsit.
"A treatise of securitie" has separate pagination, register, and title page with imprint "London printed by William Stansby. 1622". Formerly also STC 7151.
