Air Purifier - Allergies

Can anyone on this board recommend a good air purifier? I have allergies with pollen and mold. Something in a moderate price range $300-600.

Air Purifiers

These seem to be very good. We experienced being at a house where these were used and we couldn't believe that the person had a dog and a cat, to which my hubby has allergies, as he didn't react, so we attributed it to the air purifier.

We're actually thinking of getting one ourselves. Probably the table top model.

No. I've no problem with it. I do smell a semi-sweetness in the air from the ionized air, but it has caused no problem.
