Any familiarity with Re-envisioning Reformed Dogmatics?

I found this and was curious. It looks as though it's largely monograph on the moral government theory of atonement positing it in its very American historical context.
I saw it's part of an emerging series called Re-envisioning Reformed Dogmatics. Does anyone know anything about this or the author or it's aims?
