Here are some books on baptism that I have recently purchased. The first two were purchased at the RTS bookstore in Jackson.
Baptism in Scripture and History: A fresh study of the meaning and mode of Christian Baptism by Rowland S. Ward.
Immersion and Immersionists by W.A. Mackay, B.A., D.D.
The original title of this work is "Immersion Proved To Be Not A Scriptural Mode of Baptism But A Romish Invention; and Immersionists Shewn To Be Disregarding Divine Authority in Refusing Baptism To The Infant Children of Believers." The author apparently was a Canadian Presbyterian who wrote around the turn of the 20th century.
William the Baptist by James Chaney
This case for Presbyterian practice consists of several evenings of dialogue between a Presbyterian minister and "William the Baptist", a young man with strong immersionist views who has married a Presbyterian woman. It is also available online here and the last chapter on infant baptism is here.

Rowland Ward's book on baptism is quite best for its size I have ever read--Rev. Prof. Dr. Francis Nigel Lee
