Book of Discipline

Greetings all,
Whilst I have a nice hardback copy of the documents of the Westminster assembly and those pertaining to the period of the ‘Second Reformation’ such as the National Covenant (thanks FPP!), I am on the lookout for a couple of (preferably) hardback copies of the First and Second Book of Discipline if anyone has any pointers? Thanks in advance brethren.

William Croft Dickinson's edition of Knox's History has the first book as an appendix in volume 2. For stand alone copies with historical text and intros, there are The First Book of Discipline edited by J. K. Cameron (1972), and The Second Book of Discipline edited by James Kirk (1981). There may be more recent reprints in paperback?
