Calvin Ecclesiastical Advice

From what are the letters, etc., in the book (Westminster John Knox 1991) "Calvin's Ecclesiastical Advice" taken? I assume that the material there is very different than the Registers of the Company of Pastors of Geneva, which to my understanding is literally church records. Anyone? (and could anyone who owns a copy of the Registers send me a table of contents scanned from their copy? - or post it here)
