I've not listened to the BEMA podcast by Marty Solomon yet. I know he's not specifically reformed or "in our circles" (not always a bad thing lol.) From what I can tell he's in the vein of Ray Vander Laan, (there have been a thread or two mentioning him- no real reviews of his content- just guilt by association type stuff)

On the other hand, it can be helpful to know a bit more about Historical Jewish/Children of Israel- Hebrew- cultural understandings provided one keeps in mind the sufficiency of Scripture in the process. On that topic, if you know of any good books you do trust, or videos/podcasts on such, please do share. So much of what one comes across are largely modern nation of Israel stuff with a focus on Dispensational pre-mil escatology rather than culture, geography, archaeology, history

Thanks in advance!
