In the 'welcome aboard!' section, a discussion about sunday schooling kicked off (under Laughing_Gravy's 'New Member' post) and I promised to move it here. So here we are!
**Just to make a distinction, I'm not talking about adult sunday schools run by churches for members etc
What are people's views on children's sunday schools? I'm talking evangelistic, neighbourhood outreach, where children are brought in to church to hear the Gospel.
Why is it that so many churches don't have any weekly outreach to children?
If you've got a lively programme at your church perhaps you could tell us about it here.
Also, check out Joel Beeke's church web page for inspiration:

my church, metropolitan tabernacle, also has a good page.
