Christ in the Passover by Ceil & Moishe Rosen

Is anyone here familiar with Ceil & Moishe Rosen?

A month or so ago I picked up their book, Christ in the Passover: Why is this Night Different? at a Methodist church's book sale.

The cover says Ceil Rosen is "a Jew who has found Jesus as her Messiah and Lord." Her husband, Moishe is founder and director of Jews for Jesus.

Is this a trustworthy source on explaining Christ in the Passover?

Moishe Rosen is the founder of Jews for Jesus, which I think is strongly dispensational. Couldn't comment on the book.

I'm not a real fan of all the allegories and "Christian symbolism" that is read into a bunch of unscriptural traditional additions to the Passover meal.
