A church I am familiar with has recently practiced discipline with the Pastor, being careful to follow what Scripture lays out for the qualifications of a pastor / elder. The Pastor was asked and willingly stepped down for a time and has recently been reinstated. God has shown himself sovereign and glorious.
Do you have any experience with the discipline of a pastor or an elder in your church, or a previous church? Was there a positive or a negative conclusion?
