Jenkyn, Manton, and Perkins (volume 4 of the newly published set) for the older commentators: Bauckham, Green, Schreiner, and Davids for the newer ones.

You would be hard-pressed to do better than these suggestions. I would also throw out J. N. D. Kelly's commentary in the Black's New Testament series. He is not Reformed by any means but is valuable for his extensive knowledge of the early Church. Lexham also has an interesting series where they have compiled Spurgeon's expositions on particular books in commentary format. This would be a great devotional supplement to the others mentioned.

Along w/ Davids' commentary on Jude, his bib theo on James, Peter, and Jude was helpful as well. The commentary part was condensed but the theology section was nice.
