My old friend and one time client Bobby Franklin has died @ his home in Cobb Co. this week.
He was the man that introduced me to Joe Moorecraft (his pastor) 20 years ago. Joe was driving to Chattanooga every month to teach a Bible study on the doctrines of Grace. My wife & I went and it changed our entire view of what it meant to be a Calvinist.
Bobby went on to work in some of my campaigns & then ran himself, first unsuccessfully & then won a state house seat, that he held until his death.
He was the most hated man in GA, it seems. But I will miss him.
