I hope this is the right place for this. I am reading The Death of Death by John Owens, and in Chapter V, Book I he uses two Latin terms that I don’t completely understand, and I was hoping someone could enlighten me.

1. incubare foetui
2. in solidum

Thanks in advance.

incubare fortui - to hang over accidentally
in solidum - a legal term in which individuals are bound together (in solidum), each being liable for the full payment of a debt.
