I managed to pick up a free copy of the Devotions of St Anselm last week. Is it orthodox? Helpful? Any major errors contained in it? Should Reformed folk be using it or not?
Whenever you read any Catholic theologian prior to the reformation you should be on guard against Romish error. That being said, St. Anselm is excellent on the Trinity, the Incarnation and substitutionary atonement.
