Early Church Fathers and "The Passion of The Christ&quo

I did some reading last night on the ECFs on images, pictures of Christ, etc. They were universally against anything that even resembled an idol. Their position was at least as strong as the Puritan view. I am convinced that it is not a good idea to see the movie.
