Is anyone familiar with a series of facsimile books known as The English Experience which specialized in the republication of rare books printed in England prior to 1640?
I used to be able to get some wonderful books from them in the mid-1990's.
Some that I got included:
Gouge, William -- Of Domesticall Duties (1622)
Bullinger, Heinrich -- Christian State of Matrimonye (1541)
Smith, Henry -- A Preparative to Marriage and Two Other Sermons (1591)
Goodman, Christopher -- How Superior Powers Be Obeyed (1558)
Nowadays I can't find the publishers anywhere.
