Not sure what else is on your list but, if you've not read it, the Institutes should assume a spot pretty close to the top! (It may even help you to make better sense of some of the other books on your list!)

It looks to me like the download is being offered to supporters of the organization, with the understanding they will operate on the honor system and not share the link widely. That's easily missed in the understandable excitement over such a great ebook, but I felt it best not to download the book without permission.
