Puritan Board Junior
Hello all. I thought I would drop this research tool for those that are interested. I will most likely go back to this once the Logos Index is done and start going through it to see what is out there. But of what I understand is that Emmanuel College was considered a "Puritan Stronghold" during this period (inception to 1675 or so.) In that light, it is probably safe to assume many of its graduates carried that tradition with them to the pulpits; though I am sure not all. If the Lord allows I will go through this list, which includes, I believe 4,600 entries. What is awesome about this list, is it includes for most a birth and death year; which makes research and pinpointing so much easier. Thought I would share it incase some could use it. Hopefully we may garnish enough new works to update Puritan Search to a v.1.1, but will have to see how much is out there. In the meantime, here is the list. God Bless.
