Gerstner's Acrostic

Listening to a lecture by Dr. Gerstner, I heard him use an acrostic I'd not heard before. He used TULIP, which I know. Then he used LILAC, which I had heard. Then he used LOTUS, which I had never heard. Does anyone have an idea what that acrostic might stand for?

According to this book - which is not entirely visible on Google Books, so many details are obscured - it is a supposed middle way between classic Arminianism and Calvinism devised by the Baptist scholar David L. Cummins.
