Due to Israel's continued rebellion (Ezekiel 20) the Lord "gave them also statutes that were not good."
Does this refer to there adoption of the laws and idolatry (verse 32) of the nations around Israel? Or is it speaking of the Law of God itself and their inability to keep it? I lean towards the former.
