I love the way he had it organized. Is it available in Kindle, pdf or digital formats.
If you don't care about the old print; a 1680 and 1739 are online. The Old Paths 2000 edition is hard to get and as I have edited the lectures on the first three chapters it has proved to have a lot of mistakes in the transcription; so I would not pay an unreasonable price for a second hand copy. I should get the Naphtalii Press edition out in 2015 or 2016.
PRDL | James Durham (1622-1658) / 21 titles, 22 vols.
As I recall for a time OP made the volume available in Logos. Be forewarned; OP's approach was to do a resetting of the type but to make it look facsimile. I am not a fan of that approach.
Found the Old Paths edition for $83.00 + shipping here, as well as a variety of paper back reprints, probably print on demand, and not sure which edition. There is also one rare copy published by William Duncan, Glasgow, 1739.

Logos has it for $30 and it seems to have errors as we'll. OCR type misspellings. Not a ton but a few now and again. May be the best bet until Chris completes his edition ( Please hurry!). Here is the link:
