I understand 2 Tim. 3:16 in light of 2 Peter 3:16: "All things in Scripture are not alike plain in themselves, nor alike clear unto all" (WCF 1.7) Or as was aptly said above:This is an interesting view to take. Personally, it conflicts with how 2 Tim. 3:16 reads to me. Even as a Calvinist, I think “all” means all here.
All Scripture is profitable but not all Scripture is equally easy to interpret well.
