It is a Liverpool University Press history book (2018), so that publisher edited it for me. Your best option is probably to try and go with Christian Focus Publications in Scotland. I think that I am correct in saying that they are more open to first-time authors than the likes of Crossway. Obviously, it may depend on the subject of your book.
