Through googlebooks I have downloaded James Foote's "Lectures on the Gospel According to Luke", Vols I and III. But I cannot seem to locate Vol II anywhere.
Does anyone have an electronic version of Vol II? Is there a print version available anywhere?
Vol I is excellent and would like to have access to Vol. II.
