John 11:4 states, "When he heard this, Jesus said, "This sickness will not end in death. No, it is for God's glory so that God's Son may be glorified through it."

What does "This sickness will not end in death" mean? I was wondering because Lazarus died.

How did the sickness of Lazarus bring glory to God?

It didn't end in death. Jesus raised him from the dead.

And it brought glory to God because, if you read further, many believed in Jesus because of Lazarus' testimony.
