John 13 - Ridderbos

I am wanting to read something of Herman Ridderbos' view on Jesus' washing the disciples' feet but live in an isolated area.
Can someone point me to something online? I looked at his John commentary on Google Books (https://books.google.com.au/books?id=02tfKs-_PaYC&pg=PA464) but it is missing pages 459, 460, 463, 465, 466. (If someone has that commentary and could email some iPad photos of the missing pages I would be grateful.

Good to hear! By the way, something I discovered recently is that Amazon's book previews often contain pages that are missing in Google's and vice versa. Not always, but often enough that it's a handy thing to know (if you hunt for specific pages in books as often as I do).
