This movie is wonderful. It's Japanese, so you'll have to read subtitles, but I highly recommend it. It was well-made, funny, wistful, sad, happy, and thought-provoking.
I don't really want to give away any plot, so I'll just reiterate that you need to see it.
Concerning objectional elements, I don't recall any cursing, violence, drunkeness, etc. Concerning nakedness, you see a man in a side view at a public bath (nothing explicit or sexual), and one scene between husband and wife shows the wife's midriff, but in the context it is not titillating.
