I am writing a paper for school on this passage. What do you recommend as some resources (preferably accessible online somewhere to keep costs down)? Good, bad, or weird is fine. I have to show the various sides and then argue for my position.

Thanks

The Heidelblog can steer you in the right direction. Bible Hub also has many older commentaries fully online you can peruse through.

Bob, the best thing I ever saw on the relationship between James and Paul is Cornelis Venema's lectures on the subject. I have no idea where they are, but they were fantastic.

This short work was pretty good as well

I appreciate. I grabbed the Kindle of this. When I finish the read, I ashamedly admit that this will be the first work by Beeke that I have read front to back. I don't know why but I always find myself reading bits and chunks and then something shiny catches my attention.

That was a nice easy read. I appreciate you sending it.

I do wish he hashed out the idea of "we are justified by faith alone but it is our works that justify our faith". Just curious more how he is seeing "justified"
