leadership books?

Hi! Can anyone recommends some favorite books on church/pastoral leadership. Does not have to be reformed authors but want based primarily on Scripture and not business models, like many non-reformed church/pastoral leadership books are based. I am a Reformed Baptist so books that come from a high church perspective probably will not be very helpful but willing to check them out. Especially looking for books that touch on Ephesians 4, where pastors are said to be given to the church to equip the saints. Thank you!
