Looking for information on Thomas Valentine (1586–1665)

I've been searching high and low. I need to find some information on Thomas Valentine, a member of the Westminster Assembly.
I am updating the Puritan Favorites section of APM and trying to get all the bio information for as many of the divines as I can.
I can't find him anywhere.

There is a tantalizingly short entry in Reid's "Memoirs of the Westminster Divines" that describes him as suffering during the Book of Sports controversy along with some of his extant sermons.
