Should you find yourself in Grand Rapids, Michigan, you will find Berkhof's grave in Garfield Park Cemetery, per www.findagrave.com, should you care to pay your respects.
He was married twice: (1) the former Rika (or Reka) Dykhuis (1871-1928) and (2) the former Wieberdina Joldersma (1891-1984). (I think her first name has an alternate spelling, as well.)
His three children are buried in Woodlawn Cemetery, also in Grand Rapids: Grace (1902-1962), William (1904-2003), and John (1910-1998). (One of his wives may have already had a daughter or two. The history seems to be somewhat murky.)
Little historical tidbits like this I find interesting.
