Lust and the Resurrection

I am looking for something that I read once regarding lust. I am sure it was a puritan author.

It described a person lusting after someone and then described in graphic detail the effect of considering the person now a vile creature at the resurrection condemned to hell. The point was the futility of lust given judgment. The author was quite graphic in describing the raised bodies of the lost in their unattractive state.

I cannot remember what it was. Does anyone know what I am referring to?

Hi Adam,

If you can recall any particular phrases, I'll try to run them through the search on my Puritan Hard Drive tomorrow sometime. You've got me curious -- sounds like it would be an excellent sermon illustration! (And I'm sure it would be helpful for me to consider as well, being a fellow sinner).

Hope you can remember some of them!

Grace to you.
