Mackay on Isaiah

Does anyone have an opinion on John L. Mackay's two-volume commentary on Isaiah, published by Evangelical Press in 2008? The official title is A Study Commentary on Isaiah.

That review was good to read. I've been planning, for part of my devotional time, to work through Isaiah using Mackay's volume. Looks like it'll be time well-spent!
