ML Jones and altar calls

I am currently gathering information for a series of Sunday-school lessons on the altar-call/decisional regeneration. I understand that Martyn Lloyd-Jones has part of a chapter devoted to this subject in his Preaching and Preachers. I'd love to glean the opinions and info he provides on the subject, but don't want to buy the whole book.

Is there a PDF for this? Any other thoughts on how I could get this info?

I also recall a sermon where he referred to altar calls saying something like, 'A cheap and easy decision is of little value.' If I recall correctly.
