The PCA church in Bakersfield might be worth a try. I didn't spot any red flags in a quick glance.

There aren't any OPCs just around there.
However, in addition to the PCA cited above, you may wish to check out the RCUS in Bakersfield: Grace Reformed Church - Bakersfield, CA
I gave a conference and preached there some years back when George Horner was the pastor. I had a wonderful time and found the congregation to be thoroughly delightful. I do not know the present pastor (Tracy Gruggett), but I would recommend checking out that congregation.
