I just stumbled on Naphtali's "The Westminster Assembly's Grand Debate" but was saddened to see it is out of print and I can't find it for sale anywhere.

Yes, long out of print.

Two or three years now out of print. I think like 550 or 650 in the original print run; it was a nice printing I think, good use of side headings, and I made it a harder project in syncing the replies since the two sides often paraphrased rather than quoted so it is not all that clear where in the thing one side is refering back to (in the original). I have a few source suggestions but will wait till Monday.
