Need easy video converter

I am looking for an easy, cheap/free video conversion program. I do not need it to do much - really I am looking for something that will convert mp4 files or wmv10 files into wmv9 or mpeg4 files for display on our monitors here at church.

Any recommendations?

also xmedia recode, and format factory are good options. I don't recall which are able to perform the specific conversion you need, but one of them will. Also there is windows media encoder, but nothing special there

Freemake Video Converter is easy to use, and it's free. I've used it a number of times and it works great. I tend to download most of my freeware from cnet download.com and have for many years. I'm always conscience about installing safe spyware free junk free programs, and the programs with editor and user reviews help me to sort them out most of the time.
