Need help finding a book

Someone recently recommended a book to me and I can't remember the title. The book is written by a psychologist or a psychiatrist who is bipolar. The book is an attempt to show what goes on in the mind of someone who suffers from bipolar disorder. I thought the title was, "Untamed Mind" but that is not coming up in my searches.

Do you know which book I am talking about?
