need some birthday ideas

on Sunday my husband turns 30. to me it's a big deal. people take you more seriously, you have a smidgen more experience. anyways... it's a Superbowl/Birthday Party. the party part will be from 3pm till kickoff and then the Superbowl starts (go Colts!).
ANyways I want some fun ideas for his party. did you do or did someone do for you something special for your 30th birthday?I was thinking of an 80's theme or maybe a funny game. I don't know. little kid parties are easier to plan. all I know is I am having BBQ catered. Anyone???? HELP!

I am also turning 30 this year. Sorry, I don't have any specific ideas, but perhaps you could have another celebration for your husband on another day, just so it gets to be more of his party and not just a Superbowl party. I'm sure he will appreciate whatever you decide to do.

He is officially lame now. (Trust me, I'm turning 33 on Wednesday) Get him some Dockers or pleated pants. Maybe a Rod Stewart album.
