Ma. What meanest thou by this word, Forgiveness?
Sch. That the faithful do obtain at God’s hand pardon of their Offences. For God for Christ’s sake, who hath satisfied or sin, freely forgiveth all that believe in him their sins: and delivereth them from judgment, damnation, and pain due for the same.
