US beating France! in the 4 x 100 meter relay.

Phelps: 16 Olympic medals, 14 of them gold. Amazing.
As for Mark Spitz, Phelps has broken his record, but at least Spitz can say that it took almost 40 years for someone to do it.
Phelps will now take six months off. Then, starting in February, 2009, he'll start training for the London Olympics in 2012.
