I don't normally do the whole podcast thing, but a lady from church asked about podcasts dealing with the canon. I've been impressed with Kruger's stuff, but I don't know if he has it in podcast format.
He has the ligonier class, made up of like 7 half hour segments. Not sure if there is a podcast though. There is a series of 24 lectures from him on YouTube as well.

While not a podcast, the RTS Mobile app has recordings of class lectures by RTS professors, including Dr. Kruger's class on the canon of the NT. I'm not aware of a podcast with Dr. Kruger on the canon.
